Neal is a graduate of Oregon State with a degree
in food science and technology. After many years in food processing and
brewing at Bridgeport Brewing in NW Portland Neal and Carolyn, herself
a "foodie," moved to Denver where Neal worked for five years
cleaning breweries. Desiring to make a mark in the food business they
moved back to Oregon and with a love for the coast moved to Astoria and
started work on their business plan. |
